WARRANTY

 Our products are manufactured from the highest quality steel alloys and aluminum, providing our customers the finest in UTV aftermarket parts.

Twisted Labs guarantees all of the products it manufactures to be free of defects. This means either material defects or defects in workmanship.

We will replace any of our products that we have inspected and determine to be defective at no charge. We are not responsible for return shipping costs, or items lost or damaged during return shipping. Products must be given a return authorization prior to shipping to our facility at:

 This guarantee does not cover abuse, misuse, or normal wear. Normal wear items not covered by the warranty include but are not limited to: bearings, bushings, rod ends, factory finish and snubbers.

 All axles are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty. Axles carry a fifty (50) dollar replacement charge plus shipping. Replacements will be shipped after inspection of the axle and pre-payment has been arranged.

 Adventure Series Shocks are covered by a one (1) year limited free replacement warranty. Any shock showing signs of heavy sanding (finish removal by use in sand environments) will not be covered by the free replacement. We recommend shock socks to minimize this type of damage. Any shock that has been opened will not be covered. Shocks with signs of heavy abuse (i.e. missing snubbers) will not be covered. Replacement will be after our inspection only.

King and Walker Evans Racing Shocks are covered by their respective factory warranties. For a copy of their current warranty, please contact them directly. We will not accept or deliver shocks for warranty or service coverage for these items.
